What is Edge CORPS?
EDGE Corps is a 1–2 year program designed for recent college graduates, standing for Evangelism, Discipleship, Growth, and Experience. During this journey, individuals step into an exciting season of faith as they serve on Navigator staff teams to impact campuses for Christ and make disciples. EDGErs are stretched and equipped as they invest in the lives of college students—building meaningful relationships, sharing the gospel, and faithfully serving their leaders, teammates, and peers.
What is sit?
Staff in Training (SIT) is a focused training and development program designed to equip you for a long-term career in ministry. Through hands-on experience and intentional mentorship, SIT provides the foundation for learning how to lead a ministry effectively. Participants deepen their understanding of Scripture, discipleship, and leadership while acquiring practical skills in evangelism, teaching, and team collaboration. This program prepares you to step confidently into the calling God has placed on your life and to shepherd others with wisdom and care.
How does fundraising work?
Fundraising is an important part of ministry, and you won’t walk through it alone. At the beginning of the program—and throughout your time—you’ll receive training and coaching on how to raise support. This includes learning how to meet with potential ministry partners, share the vision of what God is doing, and invite them to partner with you through monthly prayer and financial support. Fundraising is not just about finances; it’s about building a team of people who are invested in the mission alongside you. Over and over, we see God faithfully provide, and we believe that if He is calling you to this work, He will provide for you as well.
What is the job application and interview process:
- Interest Form – Start by filling out a short form to let us know more about you, your background, and your interest in ministry.
- Phone Screen – A member of our team will connect with you for an initial conversation to get to know you better, answer questions, and help you learn more about the program.
- Invitation to Apply – If it seems like a good fit, you’ll be invited to complete the full application, which allows us to better understand your experiences, strengths, and calling.
- Interview – You’ll meet with staff leaders for a deeper conversation about your faith journey, ministry experience, and heart for discipleship.
- Campus Visit – Finally, you’ll have the chance to visit a campus team, experience the ministry firsthand, and discern whether this is the next step God is leading you toward.
What is a typical work day like?
Every campus and role will look a little different, but each one is centered on pursuing Christ and making Him known. A typical day might begin with personal time in God’s Word and prayer to anchor your day in Him. From there, you could meet with a student one-on-one over coffee to study the Bible, spend lunch with a non-believing student talking about life and introducing them to Jesus, or prepare for an upcoming Bible study. In the afternoon or evening, you might lead a small group with freshmen in the dorms, meet with teammates for prayer and planning, or attend campus events to build new relationships.
No two days look exactly the same, and each role within the ministry will vary. But in every setting, the heart of the work is the same: investing in students, deepening your own walk with God, and helping others take steps closer to Him.

How many hours will I be working a week?
